PASTOR BILL DECONNA
Bill is the founding pastor of Victory Church of Gainesville, which started on the Fourth of July 1999. Bill and Rebekah DeConna have been involved in Christian ministry for more than 30 years. For 12 years they were involved in college campus ministry and helped found a church at UCLA which now sends missionaries all over the world as it continues to win souls in the Los Angeles area.
Bill is a graduate of the University of Florida where he studied exercise physiology. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pacific States University, and he studied Theology through the University of Biblical Studies.
Bill and his wife Rebekah live in the Gainesville area. They have two daughters, Christina and Rachel.
Christina is married to AJ Hall. In July of 2013 AJ and Christina planted a Church in Jacksonville, Florida called CenterCross Church.
Bill enjoys being outdoors, taking care of his horses and cattle; and spending time with his family.
